Süreyya, a young and beautiful singer, involves the life of rooted Boran family of Bursa as a wife of the oldest son Faruk and all the family's secrets begins to uncover. Faruk and Süreyya fall in love in Istanbul, get married, and move to Faruk's mother's ancestral home in Bursa. Süreyya consistently tries to win the affections of her conventional mother-in-law, who has never left the walls of her mansion and manages her family with her own rules. In the new season, the Boran family loses their home, inheritance and are faced with the struggles of accepting their modest lifestyle.
